We design & make contemporary jewelry and a matching collection of fine tableware. I was born in Bristol, UK, studied jewelry and design in London where I opened my first jewelry workshop. I relocated to a northern Bavarian village in Germany in early 1991 where I met Scott, originally from Montana. He worked in construction for a number of years and owned a bar before starting a jewelry apprenticeship with me. Together we built up a business which took us all over Germany and northern Europe. After visiting Montana in 2014, we decided to relocate there in 2018. We live & work in Townsend, Broadwater County.
Our jewelry collection, like the tableware, is distinguished by innovative design, clarity of form and precise craftsmanship. The pieces are colorful compositions of one or several simple, geometric shapes in silver, gold-plated silver and gold. Some of the jewelry is composed of interchangeable pieces that can be worn in multiple ways.
Since it`s inception, the tableware collection was a conscious effort to create completely sustainable designs. We combine recycled silver, bronze & steel with reclaimed oak and moor-oak, anywhere from 300 to 5000 years old. The cast bronze chopsticks were born under the motto "one pair for life" & the 100% natural wool pouches also serve as an environmentally friendly packaging.
